Never Serviced my car properly

I took my car in for a service at Bosch car services in Parow, cape town. The guy responsible for my car the told me that the total cost would be around R2000. he then called me and said there's no need for an air filter change so the cost will drop down to R1550. When my car returned, the spark plugs were not changed as he said they were waiting for them. The total cost for just the oil change was R1450. I then asked told him he must change the plugs for that R150 difference when he gets the plugs which he promised to do.its been over 5 months now and still no help from the company. i have tried calling them and the only response i get is "we are still waiting" or " You are going to have to pay extra for the plugs we have"... This is unacceptable as this is a big company and i'm being ripped off my money here.
