I am appalled by lack of urgency to return my deposit to me. I am outraged that I have had to spend even more time chasing this up.

I have incurred and am still incurring undue and unwarranted costs due to Lindsay Saker Hyde Park (LSHP) reneging on the sale of the Audi TT RS to me and LSHP are now dragging their feet in returning my deposit. I have lost and am losing interest on my lost capital, incurred cell phone bills, as well as lost professional time in cancelling insurance and reversing debit orders etc. AND BY SORTING THIS OUT.

I have been more than understanding up to this point, but I've now received the short end of the stick and therefore LSHP is forcing me to take legal steps as this situation is clearly way out of my control and is definitely leaving me properly out of pocket as the days tick by, which is clear to anyone.

I am shocked by this most unpleasant experience. This should NEVER have been my problem to sort OUT in the first place THIS SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED. ITS SO UNPROFESSIONAL OF THE DEALERSHIP.
