DO NOT buy any cars from THEM

I bought a Meredeces from these guys en of December last year. I was promised the world, but it took forever to get everything right and the car delivered. I had to report them to their head office before most of my problems got sorted out. Riaan Geel is so stuborn and could not give a hoot about anything. I then took delivery and siged the papers. Just to learn the other day when I took my car for a service that I have no Jack, wheelspanner or inflation canister. Riaan admitted in writing that they never put the canister in the boot, but denies not puting the jack and wheel spanner in. They now quote me in exess of R2500 to replace these items that was never shown to me. All they say (The DEALER PRICIPLE) is you are WELCOME to go to the OMBUDSMAN. Of course I signed the tick list with a 100 items on it, so they can hold me to that. These people are worse than normal sales people. Do not trust them. Btw Riaan is now at another branch, so watch out for him. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRANCHISE.
