Car went for a service NOW ITS NOT WORKING

We sent our BMW for a service on the 02/12/2013 we had no major problems with the car. After the service we were given a diagnosis report noting what else needs attending. No where did it mention my starter or battery is problematic, for the last week our car doesn't want to start it needs to be kick started. We called the Eloff branch to be told we must bring it in, Today we were going to take the car back for them to look at as this was never a problem. yet today we get in the car and it is dead, doesnt want to start, central locking not working, battery dead. We got the battery charged and tried to start it again, nothing then kick start stil nothing. My husband called the manager telling him the problem he says we must get the car to them as they do not tow. Ok i understand its not your policy to tow but i also understand its not your policy to damage cars after i sent it for a service. Now we need to fork out R600 to have our car towed back to the place that damaged it, UNACCEPTABLE.I paid for a service not to have my car damaged, i think the managers at eloff branch needs to make a plan to get out to our home either look at the car there or tow it to your centre to look at, NO CHARGE
