Poor service and Bad attitute

Been given the run around in getting a vehicle upgrade from group B to C. Its been over two week without any Help. Today a requested a change if vehicle and Miranda looked me in the eye and told me tbe are no cars avail and she is not sure when the would be available. On my way out if their premises I requested my line manager to call Miranda to see if any cars were available. She told him the are cars available. The car was in the same parking loot I was in but I was told they are none available.
