Poor poor service

Hello Peter
My name is Jade CCD couriers contacted me yesterday saying that my phone will be delivered on the 12th and I told them that my leave starts on the 12 I won't be at the delivery address I am going on holiday so I arrange with them if I can go to their offices to get the package on the 11th I took time of from work make their Job easier went with the taxi all the way from JHB CBD to Fourways to get turned away cause I have a copy of my I.D and no1 never told me to bring with a green barcoded I.D or a certified copy of my I.D. And I have been waiting for this phone for almost 11days now..their service are poor how can they just turn a customer away and on top of it they are doing service for virgin mobile if I decide that I don't want that phone anymore, Virgin mobile is loosing customers..which I am considering to do after all the trouble I went through to get to fourways..really I give CCD 1/10 for services.
