Money From my Car While on Service

I took my TATA Indica car for service to Hyndai Automotive SA on the 25th of November 2013, when collecting my car I saw that the money at the value of R49 was from the car. This money was in a form of coins and it was in 'coin holder'. I reported this to the Service manager and response I got was that they are not responsible for any loss of my belonging. I am not happy with this response, does it means that this branch is encouraging that their staff must from customers.

This is my 3rd car that I am owning and I have never experienced this, my car was there for service and I don't see a reason why one would open the coin holder and took the money from there. A branch manager was supposed to call me back and I am still waiting fro his call since the 26th of November 2013.
