Misleading

I was involved in a car accident and my car was towed away by a woman called celeste who assured me that she had called my road side assistance and it turns out she didn't and I'm now found with my car being at the panel heaters which happen to not be affiliated with my insurance and being invited for storage which i am not willing to pay as my insurance say they can't repair my car if it's not at their recommended repairs station. Furious and unsatisfied client.
