Pathetic Service from Dreamz Logistics

So disgusted in this company,

We bought at groupon a voucher for moving of our furniture. We paid R900.00 for it. They are pathetic in customer service. Don't answer there phones. We arranged with them to help us on the 1st of December. After a struggle Tshie booked our moving on the wrong date. She didn't listen are read the mails that clearly states we wanted to move on the 1st.

After Tshie said over the phone that we will be moved 09H00 the Sunday the did not pitch up. Since then we started to phone and never phone was answered or it went straight to voice mail. None of the following numbers were answered. 0126430498 / 0792068762 / 0794994511 / 0125480905

After they did not come we had to make a plan B - we rented a trailer that was an extra R300. wonder will they pay it back?

They only arrived after 2 o clock where the people could not give us a reason for only coming that time.By that time we were nearly done moving.

We done that without them helping us.

In my life I will never tell someone to make us of Dreamz Logistics. Cause they are useless and pathetic. They take your money without doing a job.

Disgusted in them. Dreamz Logistics are no use to the public!!!
