Worst Taxi Service... EVER!

We booked a taxi with Marlon to take us to the Franschoek Bubbly Festival on Saturday 30 November 2013.
We confirmed via text message, at approximately 9 am, that he would collect us at 11h30 to convey us to Franschoek. We sent quite a few text messages from 11h45 which were unanswered.By 12h30 we had phoned him a significant amount of times, but he was not answering.
After a barrage of phone calls he eventually switched his phone off. We were forced to find alternate transport, which we found in the form of a taxi service from a person called Marius - who was excellent.
By Monday we had still not gotten any reply from Marlon and he seemed completely unconcerned that he had left a client in the lurch and felt no need to explain why no taxi had come to collect us.

Please, do yourself a favor and do NOT make use of his services.
