BMW Sandton Auto: Service Worthy? Definitely not

I would like report my extreme dissatisfaction with the BMW Dealership, namely Sandton Auto based at Sandton. You would think that by taking your car to a reputable service center dedicated to servicing BMW vehicles, think again.

My car was due for a service at 96, 000 km (Motorplan covered up until 100, 000 km). The car was received on the 30th November 2013 at 7:30 a.m., and the servicing was carried out and completed by 11:00 a.m. Everything was classified as OK.

On the 1st December, I had to pick something in Sandton City and had driven the car. Little had I known that the blots on the front tyre and back tyre was not tightened properly. After driving for about 30 min, my back wheel came off the car and the car was now only on 3 wheels. I feel extremely disappointed with the servicing carried out at BMW Sandton Auto, and will now request all my fellow BMW drivers, to always perform another check with another dealership if you possibly can - as with BWM Sandton Auto, simple things like tightening the bolts on your tyre is not checked before being handed over to you.

I hope BMW Sandton Auto, come up with a great plan due to their service negligence.
