Imperial Select Multi Franchise
Bad After Sales Service

Cars & Transport

I bought a vehicle (used) in February 2013. The vehicle was put through the usual tests, AA Roadworthy test as well as an AA Technical test upon my request. Test results revealed that the back brakes were 98% WORN! I was assured that the brakes will be replaced before I take ownership.
October 2013. I am stuck at work with a car that won't start... Now this is where the problem starts. I am told by the mechanic of Imperial that while they are looking for the problem, they found a few other issues... I need to replace the CAM Belt, Engine mountings, gearbox mountings and rear brakes!!
I am told that they will look into the matter of the brakes not being replaced when I first bought the vehicle. After leaving countless of messages and trying to see Leon three times, I have no luck. I eventually contact the dealer principle James Siville to report the matter to him. This was 14 November 2013. I was assured that the matter will be investigated and dealt with. I have sent emails to Leon and James, left messages for them to contact me, but I have heard nothing.
The after sales service is absolutely shocking!
