Barriers damage cars

After buying diesel I drove forward and turned left. The barriers at the ends of the pumps are invisible from inside a car. Especially a bakkie like mine. I hit the barrier, which is undamaged, while my car is pretty banged up. The owner said he complained to Sasol about the barriers and the damage they cause, but Sasol does not want to do a thing. They also claim they are not liable. So much for supporting a local company.
