Don't let them take your car to RARC!!!

I had an accident in earlier this year. firstly the work required did not seem like much, but RARC conveniently called me to find out the value of the car before the provided a quote of 69% of the insured value - meaning that the car was not written off.

They then took over 2 months to repair my car, at no time did they contact me first, I had to follow up.

when I got the car back, the boot did not close properly, there was dirt on the roof, the windows open at different speeds, When opening the rear left door it catches on the front door, making a thudding sound and causing damage to the door bumper strip. panels were not aligned properly.

I took it back to get my issues sorted, they told me it would be done before the weekend (5days) I did not receive any feedback from them - I then phoned them on the Friday and they said next week, I only got the car back the following Friday, and all the issues had not bee properly addressed. I since identified more issues!!!

I warn every consumer, the people at RARC portray themselves as having good customer service and high quality work, but, the opposite is true - use them at your own risk
