No delivery and hours on the phone

My package was sent from Germany to South Africa on the 01-10-2013 and still havent received anything. I have been sending hours and hours on the phone with Call center people trying to track this package and no luck. The invoice is in French so I cant find tracking number but the are numbers on the invoice but tracking department wants a 10 digit tracking number. I final emailed the invoice to a lady by the name of Miranda Mary at tracking department who told me the package is with DHL post so I must call 011 961 6006 and I have been calling that number and no1 picks up the line.
