I can accept bad service but not

I booked my car for a service. The service came up to R14200. The price was steep so i told them not to go ahead with the car and that i would pick it up. I picked it up an hour later. Got there and seen my car on the service lift. Waited for my car and heard a staff member argue with the mechanic: "I already drained the oil" "why? If you adding oil that's coming out your salary, i told you to wait for the customers feedback" At this time i'm waiting 20 minutes for my car.
They whisper something, and she comes to me says my car wont start because there's no petrol I said i know my computer box says that but its good for 100kms still. No sir it wont move. I am told to walk with the mechanic to fetch petrol. I stop the guy and say, tell me the truth, that customer you up on is actually me and now you buying time to sort out the issue right? I gave him so many chances to tell the truth. But he stuck to his story.
Finally we buy the petrol and he takes it to go 'fill my car' with the canister of patrol.
It took him 10 minutes just to fill it and bring my car around. Now honestly, it's ok that they up, but why to me?
You do the math. And yes i did time it.
