POOR SERVICE

I have been waiting since last week Tuesday for PG GLASS to come replace my business windows, that is badly cracked. The original complaint went to Pretoria North branch, I was then phoned from the Pretoria branch by John who promised someone would replace the windows by Thursday last week, we are now at Tuesday and now I get called by the Zambezi branch, the lady starts by telling me there is no one available and only by earliest on Thursday. This is a claim through Santam!! Excuses and more excuses and NO action. Maybe I must get a security guard to stand by the window and PG GLASS can pay for him till they can find someone who cares about their customers
