No help, and stressed they brought me to tears

I am extremely upset and disgusted with how DHL International treat there clients. I, a first time importer, have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks now. On the 11 of November a lady called me from DHL and told me that my shipment was in Durban and ready for collection, I double checked with her if there would be any payment and she said no. Two days later a man from DHL called me to ask when I was going to make payment, and that it is still in JHB. I am still to this day waiting for my shipment. As a FIRST TIME importer (and most properly the last) no one at all went the extra mile to help me at DHL. They then ask for an importers code which by law I do no need if I am a first time importer and under the amount of R20 000. When I speak to DHL he DOES NOT at all go the extra mile and then raises his voice at me two days ago. I got someone from customs to clear it for me, and now DHL still holding it. I am extremely angry and upset as I don't know anything about this kind of stuff and they don't care at all to help me. DHL then brought me to tears today. I don't want to ever use DHL again, and I will never. I can not believe there disgusting service.
