So disapponted!!!

I am still waiting for my parcel. I have made all the payments and even called to enquire when my parcel will arrive. I was told it would be ready for pick up the morning after. When I called to confirm pick up; I was told its still in Johannesburg and they don't know when I will get it. I was told that I need to speak to the importer to arrange delivery!!!???!!! (I thought that's their job) My call was transfered and I was sent from piller to post. I am so disappointed with their inefficiency!!!
