Propertyabuse speeding with client vehicle

On 13 to 16november my bakie was in for oil leak repairs. When we collected the bakie it still had leaks. On the 20th November we took the bakie back with a 3quater full tank of fuel. When we got the bakie back it was under half a tank. when I check the tracking report they took my back for a "test drive" for over 70 km even speeding a 126km an hour in a 60km an hour zone. and if you look at the routs they took its clearly a private road trip they took even stopping at the eastrand mall! when I phoned the owner he said it is because he gave my widowed mother a discount! does a discount give them a right to take advantage of an widowed lady! they even do contract work on Police vehicles what extra then do they do on tax payers money! the owner even put the phone down in my ear. They didn't even replace the R200.00 worth of petrol they used. his name is Johan Cronje 083 701 8744 vehicle
