Complaint: Customer Service at Arnold Chatz Motors

Last week, 13 November, I took my Giulietta in for service. It was the first service.
My specific complaints are:
1. I was not informed in time of their practices regarding Customer Service vehicles providing lifts to customers in the mornings, nor the practices regarding picking up customers from specific pick-up points in the afternoon. If I was informed in time, I could have made alternative arrangements.
3. They were aware previously of the amount of customers bringing in their vehicles for service on that specific day. They should've planned and provided an extra driver to deal with the volume of customers requiring lifts to the office.
4. The staff at the Service Centre did not pro-actively following up on promises made.
5. The blatant lying: Amanda told me that Abel went to Pretoria, which he confirmed that he which confirmed that he did not.
6. I had to wait for 90 minutes for a lift back to the office - which led to having to move previously scheduled meetings with customers and colleagues.
