Worst Customer Service and Repairs ever

I took my car to JDM Worx to be inspected as it was making a squeaking sound when I turned the steering. They determined I needed a steering rack replacement and the job would take 2 days. I dropped my car off the Monday morning, when I phoned on the Tuesday afternoon they have not even touched it. Not informing me at all. Later that night at 20h00 they phoned to say they had to cut the one hydraulic steering line to get the rack out. The next day came and after I one again had to phone they said, I needed a different rack, I said I can get a 2nd hand one, which they had to collect after every excuse from the driver being in an accident etc I fetched the rack myself. After spending one night there till 22h00 and them snapping the hydraulic line, I once still had no car. This was the Thursday. The Friday a new line was made up, and I was advised that some parts did not need replacement as there was nothing wrong my mechanic checked and that was not the case. While test driving the car they discovered they never fastened the wheel nuts, after leaving my car didn't want to start again, they disconnected the starter for some unknown reason. I week later my car fell to the ground.
