I sent documentation in yesterday morning for a Nissan Qashqai that they advertised on Auto Trader. After speaking to the sales person, Ally, he sent me a mail informing me that the vehicle price was incorrectly advertised on the website. All the documentation was sent yesterday morning at 8:30. I know there was another deal that was approved and that it works on a first come serve basis, but the service received from Ally was POOR! Not once did he phone me yesterday to advise me on the progress of the application even after leaving message after message.
Yesterday afternoon I got hold of Willie who told me that the deal was approved and that it is in the validation stage and that everything is basically sorted out. I phoned Ally yet again (2pm), who told me that I can pay a holding deposit of R2000.After phoning HIM AGAIN at 4:14pm the banking details still wasn't sent to me! I phoned Ally this morning to be told that he is not available again. Willie informed informed me that the vehicle was sold yesterday afternoon? Ally didn't even have the decency to phone back!
The Dealer principal even threatened me with legal action if I put anything defamatory on Hello Peter.
