Bad Service

My company purchased 2 TATA bakkies from a TATA dealership in Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort (which has since closed down) in January 2013. I have had very little use of these 2 vehicles due to the following:
1) one of them has been in the workshop for about 4 months
2) the other one has been in the workshop for 6 - 7 weeks.
I keep getting promised the vehicle will be ready "next week" - next week never arrives. The service adviser keeps telling me they are waiting for parts to arrive. I have subsequently had to hire 2 bakkies at R500 / day. I cannot get hold of anyone in management and customer care keeps promising that management will contact me - to no avail. The service that I have received has been totally unacceptable and I honestly don't know where to go from here. Martin Gossayn
