Great Service all the way

I live in Johannesburg and purchased a used Mercedes from Garden City Motors in Pietermaritzburg. I made the purchase without seeing or test driving the vehicle before accepting delivery in Johannesburg.

I am risk averse and would never have made such a purchase without the great support, advice, follow up and service from Hein Goosen. Hein sent close up pictures of the car and honestly pointed out ever minor scratch or scrape on the vehicle.

He even went the extra mile to have the scratches on the underside of the front bumper repaired as well as perform a minor service even though the on-board computer indicated that it was not due yet.

I called and emailed Hein numerous times and he always followed up, didn't display any irritation with my persistence (which would have been justified!), and gave me alternative contacts while on training or came to work very early before training to answer any emails.

I'm really happy with my car and the great service received from Garden City Motors and Hein.
