Poor service when buying a car from Auto Pedigree

Purchased car early-Aug '13. AP didn't honour delivery date resulting in me having to cancel part of my holiday. Service book and spare keys were missing. No feedback from them even though I sent email follow ups. Finally they advised they had the keys 18 Oct '13. Next surprise - they hadn't submitted the roadworthy certificate so it had expired. I ended taking my car for RWC & licencing myself (due to my insurance conditions) - my time "tick tock, tick tock". Funny - they charge a R3500 "on the road" fee & a R750 transaction service fee, & I ended up getting the car "on the road" myself"!!! Service book still M.I.A. & service due this month - am I now expected to arrange & buy the book myself when it was part of the deal? Full service history - ha, ha - I had to obtain this myself as well - I think I need the salesmans commission!!!
I work for a very well-known client centric company and am totally shocked at the type of service I have received. I will definitely not be recommending them to anybody I know.
Hopefully the new TCF legislation will roll out to the motor industry as well.
Am I expecting too much to receive a response to this complaint?!!!
