5th Time - Still No Service

What a joke! My husband took his car in to Auto-house for the alarm going off at random times
And they still have no reason why or explanation! Now with new reason maybe there is water coming in some where and causing a short with the alarm system
They can only help us now on the 3rd of December

So until then we have to hope and pray the car starts every morning leaving for work, and that no damage will be done to the battery as well.

I will be going to the ombudsman in the matter as I am done playing games with them
They do not even do the effort to phone back when they say

Being in the service industry myself, I would never ever in my life leave a client haning in the air with no answers or suggesting a solution!!!
