Bad service

I serviced my car by East Vaal Ford last year and recieved it back with a broken driver side door handle and then they repair it poorly aswel. This year they gave my car back with a dead spark plug and the day i bring my car in they sell the spares i ordered for my car so had to wait forever for my car to come back. Really pathertic! Will never use them again because they just do not care!!
