Bad service

I went into the postnet to print a document off my email, they informed me it would be R15 for 15mins which was fine. I logged on printed my forms n closed my email account! I then filled in the forms and had a few items scanned. I went to pay n saw that they had billed me 30 mins for using the internet they were all there and saw clearly i used the net for few minz! I was then given the worst attitude by sum pregnant one in there she told me i should've logged off mind you its my first time at this postnet, how do i do so when i wasn't informed by anyone!!! The people who work here are very rude and don't know how the service industry works! Never have i ever experienced such nonsense in my life!!! Absolutely appalling!
