Bad, Stinking Attitude

I doubt that FNB would be happy to know how their customers get treated by the staff of your courier service.
Patrick who delivered my device today (5 November) at 14:53'ish pm had such appalling attitude, if he does not like his job thousands of other people in need would love to do what he does with respect and passion. When I had to sign for the items received I asked how can I be sure that everything listed in here is inside the package. He then ripped the package tossed the items on the counter and said "here you are". I then made an error writing my ID number and as he watched on he said "wenzani? " translation"what are you doing? " I had to explain myself and explain that i am correcting this error. Talk about friendly customer service. I have always used DHL and today I realized why I will use them for longer. Never ever have I been treated with such disregard by an impatient DHL agent, ever!! Mind you he did NOT have a single look at my original ID Book, he just took the copy I made for him and left. If I was a thug..Id have someone's device as we speak. If this guy's attitude has been like this all day, he really has tarnished your brand and messed up people's moods while at it
