WARNING! Payment and no delivery

Just like the last complaint, I have had the same situation with Ettiene from G.R Motorspares. He called me regarding an ad I placed on Gumtree, requesting to buy a Towbar for my bakkie. Ettiene called me and said that he has one in stock, but I have to pay so that he can deliver or it might get sold. So being so trusting, I decided to pay Ettiene into account G.R Motorspares on 3 October 2013. He said he will send the waybil number and then I can pay. After receiving this, I sent confirmation of payment.
Called him the next day and he said the delivery will be in Johannesburg at the address after 3pm. The next day had come and still nothing. I called and the same excuse. Then he said there was a problem with the delivery company (RICK'S COURIERS). Tried calling them, but no answer. Now I've been trying to get a hold of Ettiene, but no answer. He keeps avoiding me and ignores my messages.
I have now opened a case against him and G. R Motorspares.
