Received the worst service from Peugeot woodmead today. Arrived at 10h15 and left at 13h00 after having to fight in order to get a courtesy car. My car was towed to them on Thursday 31 October. Had to chase them to get an update on what the diagnosis was and after all the time chasing, arrived the folling Monday (after a weekend with no car) to find that my car had not been attended to!! excuse was that person responsible was not at work. Oh and there is a guy called Gary that works there, he SHOULD NOT be in customer service, has the most stinking attitude- no manners at all!!! picks up the phone whilst a fuming unhappy client is in front of him!! never ever apologised for their poor service!! and after a few hours of waiting, i eventually got the courtesy car that they to me about (said it was not on the premises). The worst service EVER!!! They have put me off buying a Peugeot for life. Will never step into a Peugot dealership after selling the car- appauled at the manner in which they treat their clients.
