I was sold a broken vehicle

There isnt enough space to clearly outline the problem. In short, I bought a vehicle, which on the day of delivery broke down, leaving me stranded on the highway at night. In the 5 months I had the vehicle, it was in for apparent repairs. Weekly the vehicle kept breaking down, leaving me stranded, and on several times, at night far from home. RSC always agreeing to look at and repair the vehicle, but yet it comes back and the same day breaks down. I refered RSC to the CPA, and demanded cancellation, I also threatened to go to the Ombudsman, and was promptly told by Richard Fuller, I was welcome too, as he wasnt in this business for 5 minutes, and refused to cancel the deal. The Ombudsman also confirmed they could not get involved as RSC Auto did not contract to the Ombudsman? Eventually after the vehicle continuously breaking down, and failed repair attempts by RSC, I was told they would now be charging me as the problem is wear and tear. Bear in mind I have yet to actually drive the vehicle, in the 5 months I have had it, to induce any sort of wear and tear. I have now spent thousands to have the vehicle repaired. Do not do business with RSC auto at all.
