Honda CRV 2010 and still aaite feedback

Bought the car in 2010 and still awaites my roofrack nut, dustplate spares. The cracking noise, still no awnser on cracking noise from day one what the cause are. Wheels running of third set and it aint alignment. Honda rather keep me waiting.
