Dishouring of agreement and disrespectfullness

We hired human hair the arrangement was that on return we will get our deposit of R360-00 back. We did exactly that, because we paid via EFT it was told by the manager that she will pay our depost into my husbands
bank account, 12 days later their is still no money in his bank account and no reflection that a deposit was made. We tried to ask her to pay us cash she blatendly refuse and ignore our calls, to an extend where she dropped the phone, the thought came to mind that their might be some discrimination in this whole situation. for beauty saloon you should not judge a customer based on appearance which was definately done in this case she should have told us that she dont serve certain people. I would not recommend anyone to go their thats unless you stay in the riches of rich areas!!! stay away if you do not want to be disappointed due to
