CCD Couriers
Pathetic service, appointments not held

I am utterly disappointed with CCD couriers. Apart from them being very laid back and not very urgent with deliveries, they schedule delivery dates and times, but do not stick to it. When you phone, you get transferred and everyone just passes responsibility to someone else. On top of that you get to, promising delivery before they have even received the package at the local depot from head office. And don't expect them to phone you... that has somehow become your responsibility.

If you can avoid them (I couldn't, FNB chose them), please do so.
