MY SON LEFT STRANDED FOR OVER 4 HOURS!

I'm an AA member, recently registered my 17yr old son too, so he would be safe on the road whilst on his scooter. On the 17th October at 16h30 my son messaged me that he was stranded with a puncture, had been trying to get through to AA since 15h30, but no answer. I tried calling Roadside Assistance, from 16h30 to 17h15 only to have it ring continuously. I eventually contacted Medical Assistance telling them Roadside Assistance wasn't answering asked them to contact my son to get his whereabouts to send a technician to help repair his puncture (which is part of the benefits offered under his membership). It was pouring with rain on this particular day, instead of sending a technician, AA sent a massive Rollback tow truck, which only reached him at 19h15 that evening! They strapped his tiny scooter onto the rollback, refused to get someone to assist in repairing the puncture, dropped him his bike off at home at 19h30! Since then, he has not been able to get to a repair shop due to the slow puncture, the AA certainly did not "get him moving, keep him moving and move him forward.", despite their Mission Statement. My complaint directly to them remains unresponded to.
