Bad Treatment

I initially called Budget to ask them where is their nearest branch around Pietermaritzburg, they refer me to the branch in Oribi Airport, when I arrive there, the guy did not even look at me in the eye, he busy with his computer and told NO cars available, no greeting nothing I was rushing a meeting I called a meter taxi to my destination, but on my way I called the call center and asked them to check whether they had cars in Oribi, a call center agent by name of Tebogo confirmed that they indeed do have cars, she was willing to even book me the car over the phone and go back to the Oribi branch to collect the car, but I explained to her after such ill treatment I won't even be able to go back and face the very same guy who with attitude and disturbing behavior, pity I have used Budget rentals before but doubt that I will ever even recommend them to any body after such ill treatment.
