My husband bought a car for me, he made arrangements with richard to come fetch the car as he promised that it was ready, when we got there it was passed 5 and he has already left so the manager gave us the car after a long arguement. It is now about threeto four weeks since we have received the car without the radio, with empty promises that the radio has been ordered and they will inform us when to bring the car for the intallation. Im not happy at all with the service that we r receiving because they did not give us the car for free, im sure absa has already paid them. They must just explain that we are receiving this treatment because the colour of our skin is black or their service is bad with every customer. I love that car so much but came to hate it since it doesn't have a radio. What must we do? Must we beg for good service that we have paid for?
