Lack of feedback on my complaint

My furniture was being relocated from Cape town, to Gauteng. On the day I had to pay R103.00 for their plastic that they used to cover my bed & headboard. I paid the money, before my furniture could be off loaded. I phoned the office in Cape town immediately to complain about the condition in which my leather furniture had arrived. I moved with them before 2 years prior &i was happy with the level of service i received.
This time around it wasnt the case, the way my furniture & my kids toys were damaged, it didnt look like i made use of the service of a professional moving company. I have complained &Gerhard came out in Dec to take pictures of the damages &to submit his report. He said that my furniture arrived in JHB in this condition, because the guys in Cape Town didn't cover my furniture with blankets. As well as the way the things were stacked on top of each other. I called again on the 14th of Jan to get feedback &still nothing.
Yesterday I phoned again, cause I received an invoice from them for overdue payment on the R103, which i paid on the 4th of Dec. I didnt take out insurance as i didnt do this 2 years before & i was happy in the condition my furniture was delivered
