Refused to be assist client - Shocking!!!

Hi
I was on my way this afternoon to Pinetown to fetch my girlfriend when a sharp metal pieced my tyre. I then replaced this with my spare tyre but tyre was also leaking so drove around looking for the nearest tyre company to assist. I got the above company at 16h40 and was happy to see that it was still opened however when I went inside and explained my situation to the guy at the front desk, he refused to assist me as he states that his workers have already packed up and ready to leave. I was so disappointed and angry. How can this company be opened but refuse to assist customers.
This is absolutely Shocking.
I will ensure that I spread the news to all family members, friends etc about this shocking service and for them not to ever use Hi-Q for any services that they need!!!
