Sworn at and threatend

Last night I received a very rude, verbally abusive fone call from Mr Obedience in regards to my rental vehicle, he was swearing at me telling me to shut up and he called me after I smsed him so he can talk and I must listen to him. I don't think any customer deserves to be sworn at, threatened and treated in that way at all. I'm totally disgusted by it. Heart breaking to say it does seam that is the way he treats there customers. Sad
