When u want to pay the Quoted amount as u are supposed to only pay, u get fretting phone calls to try an strong arm u to pay more than the quoted amount.

No body contacts u to let you know your vehicle is ready for collection, or to let u know they moved the price up.

Nobody is ever available to clear up or to confirm or to deny anything.

They are unprofessional and their work is not good at all.
