Worst dealership eve

We went to see a Toyota yaris is but was sold after we got there. Then a salespersons decided to sell us a Peugeot 207 but when they delivered the car to us we found that there was a oil leak. We then took it to a mechanic and found out that there was also a gearbox and bearing problem but was not disclosed to us. We took it back to the dealership the next day but they would not repair the gearbox and bearing saying that it is not there responsibility. There was not a work of apology but instead they wanted to go to court for the dispute. We then said we wanted a refund but they need to charge about R5000 for cancellation fees for the mailage that we have used which is about 30km.the whole issue is in a mess and I do plan on taking it to coury.

If you are reading this I suggest taking your money elsewhere as this dealership is a and not worth you time.
