Renault Refusing to Service the Car Injectors

I have a Renault GTLINE which i bought brand new in July 2012. the car has a 5 years service and 3 years maintenance plan. The car had only traveled 10 000 km when i took if for service with a complain that it Jerks while driving. When i took it for service i was told that i will have to pay for the service of the injectors since both the service and maintenance plan does not cover for the injectors. I was told that the reason for the problem was that i have been using contaminated petrol. The petrol was also drained and i was given a sample to take to the Shell Garage in Centurion where i had filled my petrol tank. I was further told that Shell should be responsible for the problem. Please help me with to resolve this problem.
