Delta Autoland silverton branch, please stop insulting my intelligence. i came to your offices and met Aton the general manager. Anton made it clear to me with uncertain terms that there is nothing we can discuss because the broken car was not in my possession at the time so he does not know what happened to it. you now replied to my complaint saying we had a meeting and i preffered taking my car to agents where i will have to pay thousands of rands whereas you could have fixed it for me free of charge? After i left your premises, i went straight to Witbank Mercedes Benz to get the quote for you to know axactly whats wrong with the car. After i personally brought the quote back, Anton also called Mercedes to fax him the quote of which they did. the story about the noise coming out of the engine was my description of what is happening when the engine is running (I am not mechanic), suddenly its something you could have easily fixed? As a consumer, i am warning people out there to be careful when dealing with dealers like Delta autoland. This people need to understand that they exists because of us, and they need to be hit where it hurts the most, Financially!! Down with bad dealers!
