Good day, I booked my Kia Sportage in so a number of issues could be rectified and a complete "health" check of the vehicle done (I just purchased the car 2nd hand and wanted to know if all was in order), apart from having to call them numerous times for feedback and collection, the car was returned with a clean bill of health (loads of reports that mean nothing to me) even though the leak on the roof, noisy aircon and rattle from the back remained.

I drove the car this past weekend and the towbar nearly fell off, so much for inspecting the vehicle properly.
