Golf 6 Tsi Dsg gearbox fault

Ought golf 6 tsi 1.4 dsg 2012 in november last year, is only 39000 k's, july i took it to vw Autohaus centurion, complaining that gears switches themself off, yellow light on a deshboad would display and what looks like a spanner also would flash .i also told them that if that happens, you have to wait for the car to cool off on the engine . i left the car there on the 23 july 2013 and i was advised they suspect gear setting, they will reprogramme the car.
later on i called, i was told that there is some substance that leaked to the inside of the gearbox, and that they need to replace the part that is affected, by that time the car would not select a gear at all, i left very late at 20h00, no curtesy car given .i am told to pay R12700 for the repair .maintenace plan would not cover for that .at some point i thought a problem was mine but now after googling problems with dsg gearbox, i discovered that too many cars where recalled because of that mechatronics part . i send them via e-mail attachments also cc their customer care .till today my car is still with vw and now they are charging storage fees of R500 a day .maintanance waranty and plan must cover the costs.
