No use of 3 Months guarantee???

I contacted the above supplier of services after seeing their advertisement on a local TV in a business in Heidelberg and was also referred by family who resides in Brakpan. Upon arrival at my residence my husband asked the lady if it is viable to repair the fridge as it is quite old, Was not making the fridge compartment cold enough, she replied this is a Fuchsware and is worhtwile to repair, while still in the 3 months guarantee on their work i phoned to ask why there is a heavy noise, and was told to move the compressor as it can sometimes touch the bodywork of the fridge, did that but no luck, the fridge recently did the same problem. contacted their office again said they would phone me, no reply I phoned again and the lady told me she cannot go to my residence in Pretoria as it is not their area, I offered petrol money and she said she couldnt let her daugter drive out alone, I can take her technician and drive to PTA myself.
So what is the use of even writing this on yr invoice if you do NOT support after repair problems,
No I sit with the fridge but not working order??? How can these businesses get away with the problem??
