Bad Breaks Workmanship

On the 20th of September 2013 I took in my car to be fitted with the new break pads, 2 weeks later yesterday around 5pm I left work as I was driving I heard a knock from the front left wheel of the car, I stopped and checked immediately realised the tyre was losing air changed the tyre and found out the rim was pierced from the inside by the breaks that had fallen. upon further investigation found a fallen bolt and a washer that didn't fit the bolt, the threads of the "camper" forgive the spelling I don't really know what it is called or spelled where completely gone. I took photos and called the road assist to tow the car. If that had happened while I was on the freeway we would be talking a different story that is the most dangerous thing ever. Now am stuck I don't have transportation because I was told the only vehicle they have is being used by another customer. I desperately needed it and now after 1pm it doesn't matter even if they were to give me one it's useless now.
